I am Kathyann S. Nagim-Kerr, The Founder and President of Your Life Matters Foundation- YLMF, and I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago, where it’s known for spreading love and unity throughout people's lives.
I completed my Education at Paul’s Secretarial College. Then migrated to the United States in 2008 leaving my family to better my education and career.
I become the founder of several companies dearest to my heart "Saviempowerment LLC," "TSA Designs" and "Your Life Matters Foundation." Savi-Empowerment LLC and TAS Designs is a company of event planning where I’ve planned numerous events. One of which landed me the White House Ellipse lawn in Washington D.C. YLMF came about because I was a Cancer survivor in 2012, and the loss of both of my brothers one in 2011 and the other in 2019, and even during my remission I was blessed with a healthy baby boy in 2014 and am still here making sure his life matters in today’s society.
Being the founder of YLMF, propelled the mission of supporting, Youths, adults, families and their communities. YLMF gave back to society while supporting and spreading love, and unity throughout their lives.
My name is Omodara Britton, and I am the Vice President of the Your Life Matters Foundation. As an alumna of the University of Phoenix, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the world around me. I believe that every individual has the power to make a difference, no matter how big or small. Hello, I'm Megan Bubb, I have always felt as if my purpose in life has been to spread kindness, joy, and support to those in need. I have always found myself in positions that are geared towards helping those in need, whether it was to ensure that someone finds the right outfit for a special event, help someone pick out the right pair of glasses that’ll make them feel confident, or even helping someone receive the services that they need to ensure a better quality of life. So, as the Chairperson of Your Life Matters Foundation, I will strive to unite our team towards our mission of spreading positivity and support. My name is Tiffany James and I am the Treasure of Your Life Matters Foundation, serving on the Board. I graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Nutrition. Since graduating from College, I started working with the homeless population for a non-profit agency with over six and half years of experience as a Case Manager Supervisor. I enjoy using my skills to contribute to working within different communities as I am passionate about helping those in need while dedicating myself to serving with One Team, One Dream, Open Hearts, Open Minds, and Open Doors.
My name is Rene Parris, and I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago. I migrated to the United States at the age of (14) where I found my passion in Early Childhood Education. I strived and achieved my Master’s in the same field at Grand Canyon University.
I’ve joined Your Life Matters Foundation- YLMF as the Secretary, and in acceptance to this position, I'll diligently do my duties needed to achieve the goals of shaping the lives of the Younger Generation and showing them that their lives matter in today's society while allowing their voices to be heard.

Confident, generous, hardworking, and intelligent are just a few words to describe eight-year-old Aadam Nagim Kerr, with a larger-than-life approach. Aadam was born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 7, 2014. Currently, Aadam attends Elementary School, where he is constantly evolving and eager to learn new things; his favorite subjects are maths, reading, and writing. This keeps his mom and dad on their feet and his teachers. At the top of his class, Aadam’s eager-to-learn approach pushes him to new highest.
Aadam is currently completing his first book about fixing cars.
